BAMBIKA AFRIKA EXPERIENCES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT
Cash: Cash payments can only be made in person at our offices at Odyssey plaza, South B shopping center where you will be given a signed receipt.
Bank: A deposit can be made to Bambika Afrika’s account (Equity Bank, account number 0950194048889).
The deposit slip will need to be brought to the office so you can be given a signed receipt. Money can be transferred electronically
from your account to Bambika Afrika’s account. However, for this option, allow two (2) working days for confirmation.
Banker’s Cheque: A banker’s cheque may be drawn to Bambika Afrika. Payment will be confirmed only when the cheque
has been honored by your bank.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot reserve dates for experiences or dispatch your voucher pack until full payment has
been received and confirmed.
DELIVERY
Courier Service: We offer same day dispatch to orders received by noon on a working day Monday to Friday within the CBD and its environs.
- Delivery on a working day from Monday to Friday - Ksh 300
- Delivery on Saturday (9am – 3pm) – Ksh 400
- Deliveries on holidays and New Year period can be made on special arrangement – Ksh 500
We however cannot guarantee this as a standard service.
Orders received on Friday after noon will be delivered on Monday the next week.
PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to make sure there will be someone on hand to receive and sign for the voucher packs.
In the absence of that person, the pack will be returned to our offices for redelivery at an extra charge of Ksh 250
We endeavor to deliver our vouchers packs on the agreed location and time however, we will not be held liable in the event you or your
agents will not be available to receive our voucher packs. In the event of non delivery due to unavailability of you or your agents
to receive, we can arrange to redeliver at an extra charge at our convenience.
VOUCHER CONDITIONS
Bambika Afrika experience pack contains a voucher which is proof of payment for the experience. Except as specified in these
terms and conditions, the payment is non-refundable. The voucher will have a reference number which will be used to identify your
payment and must be quoted when dealing with Bambika Afrika.
Vouchers and their reference numbers must be kept safe, Bambika Afrika will, therefore, take no responsibility for any loss
you may incur incase of impersonation or identity fraud.
Validity of the voucher extends to two calendar months (60 days) from the date on the voucher.
BOOKINGS
Bookings made and paid for less than 5 days in advance will be considered 11th hour bookings. Experiences bought
under these conditions cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Dates for an experience bought under these conditions, once booked cannot be changed.
- For these bookings we will provide essential details that would otherwise be in the voucher, over the phone.
- Changing a booked date amounts to a cancellation (please see section on cancellations and refunds).
RESTRICTIONS
Age, health, weight, weather, and / or gender restrictions may apply to certain experiences. This will be confirmed to you at
the time of the booking. Once an experience has been booked, you will be liable for cancellation charges if the minimum
requirements have not been met.
If an experience has been cancelled due to unfavorable weather conditions, you will be able to re-book the experience.
However, the re-booked experience still remains subject to weather.

Booking for experiences are confirmed only when a Bambika Afrika voucher has been received by the buyer of the experience.
For re-bookings, we may need you to return the original voucher before issuing another for the re-booked experience.
COMPLAINTS
If there is a hitch as far as the experience is concerned and / or you are less than satisfied with the quality of service provided, kindly
bring this to the attention of the host or event manager at the venue as soon as possible for the situation to be corrected.
In general, we consider it unreasonable if you take no action during the experience and then lodge your complaint at a later date.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Bambika Afrika is happy to make refunds on gold and silver experiences cancelled within fourteen (14) working days.
Kindly note that the refundable amount will be less 35 % of the total value to cater for administration costs.
No refunds will be made for bronze experiences, however incase of cancellation, Bambika Afrika will organize for an alternative
experience of lower value at a later date. 10 % of the previous value of the experience will cater for administration costs.
